This morning DS2(2) was opening a Christmas card, aided by DS1(5). Next I hear DS1 having a strop and saying "why do they do that? It's not right." I asked him what was wrong, expecting it to be about the fact he hadn't received any cards today, and he said:
"They can't just say 'Dear DS2. Hope you have' - that's wrong, they should say 'Dear DS2 I hope you have'
