On my local news tonight - I thought some of you might like this

Okay, so he's American, but I think he has the right idea - travelling around the US armed with Tippex & marker pens to correct spelling & grammatical mistakes on signs "and other venues where innocent eyes may be befouled by vile stains on the delicate fabric of our language."
