Full stops at the end of bullet points or not?

I can't decide what to do with something I'm writing.

Bink -- I think you'll find that it does help, if you get enough muscle behind it as it makes vigorous contact with their more delicate areas...

I would leave them out on presentation slides.

Most of the sets of bullet points contain full sentences if that helps clarify things.

Is the double dash an em rule?
