Could anyone diagram this phrase for me?

Posting this here as pedants’ corner is often about language and grammar.

This is for an art project and I am too old to remember the information and trying to relearn via The Google is taking too much of my time.

The woman and her symbols

So for example:
The = article
Woman = noun subject

Article, noun, conjunction, possessive pronoun, noun

The - definite article
Woman- noun/ subject of sentence
And - conjunction
Her- possessive pronoun
Symbol - noun, object

I should have mentioned in my original post that any and all grammar descriptors of each word would be helpful! Blush

Could anyone tell me if what I have is a) correct and b)any other grammar descriptors that might apply?

So far, I have these:
The = definite article
Woman = common noun, subject
And = coordinating conjunction
Her = third person singular pronoun, possessive determiner
Symbols = noun, object

Thank you.

I'm not sure why you say "woman" is the subject and "symbols" is the object. There is no verb and surely subject / object only makes sense when there is a verb, eg

The woman and her symbols tell a story
"woman and her symbols" form the subject of the verb "tell"

I like the woman and her symbols
"woman and her symbols" form the object of the verb "like"

'Her' is a possessive adjective here, not a possessive pronoun :) Possessive pronouns are mine, yours, hers, etc. Possessive adjectives (my, your, his, her, etc.) are followed by a noun; possessive pronouns aren't, as they replace a noun entirely.

Thank you, thank you. Those comments make sense and are most helpful.

You’re absolutely right @SeeSawSeen. I realised that about an hour after I’d posted, and forgot to come back and correct my post.
