I have finally snapped and emailed them to tell them politely about their misplaced apostrophe.

Too much?

No. I have avoided any number of potential purchases from outfits that cannot use apostrophes properly. I would be tempted to send it back.

It's a common mistake - people don't know whether it's its or it's (). I didn't know the difference until I did a proofreading course and I confess to now gently pointing out to people that there is no apostrophe, as in his/hers/its.

But there are far worse crimes.

They emailed me back thanking me - they are going to change the title to make it correct. Phew!
