Do I include the quoted person's full stop in the quote? I hope you can help me Mumsnet pedants.

Punctuation inside the quotation marks, and a comma before them. The second full stop is not needed. So - and he said, "No way."

I disagree: no need for a comma and no capital letter at the word No.

The punctuation mark does go inside the quotation marks however (unless you are American).
