Le Rosey- how to pronounce

I have been having a nose browse on the website of this extremely expensive Swiss boarding school.

What I am wondering though is how anyone can afford it you pronounce the name of the school.

Does anyone know?

Le Rosey in Gstaad, I presume. Good school. Lots of sons of princes etc.

Le - pronounced approximately like "fur", without the r at the end, obviously.

Rosey - Roh-ZEH

One thing you need to know Empire, its drugs galore.
Great for networking, but a curious mix of well to do and down right damaged kids.

Am sure there must be better options.

We live in Asia and I am looking around for schools for sixth form for DD1 who is currently Y10. I want her to know what all her options are before she chooses.

Le Rosey came up when I looked at international boarding and I had a look at the website. It really isn't an option as DD1 wants to do A levels rather than IB (thank goodness- the fees are eye-watering).

It is gorgeous!

Have you considered boarding closer to you: uwcsea in singapore?
Maybe australia? Very good options around melbourne i think.
