What can I wear to a 'Mafia' themed fancy dress party?

The only items I can see on the internet are types of 'sexy' garb that would make me look like some kind of sex worker.

Any ideas that will make me look like a glam wife of a Mafiso boss???

Longish satin dress with a feathery "shrug" in matching colour. Sounds vile but my SIL wore it and it looked fab.
