Right, Mumsnetters, what to buy for a joint 40th present?

It is my fabulous sister's 40th next week.
She is generally fabulous but run off her feet by her large family - she has five kids under 10 (!!)
Her DH's 40th was a fortnight-ish ago and I cheekily put in the card "present to come" as I was still waiting for inspiration to strike.

Would love to organise a w/e away or something but looking after all 5 kids is a big old ask, added to which, they're incredibly BUSY so timing it would be hard too.

So am thinking of something a bit more concrete but not sure what....

All ideas gratefully received.
Thanks

For my brother's 50th, I managed to buy a very very fine vintage red wine made 50 years ago. He absolutely loved it. Think it was his best present actually . But he still hasn't drunk it as saving it for something special .

There are lots of sites online where you can source things like this.

Just a thought....

How about sending them for a spa day? Or an evening out to the theatre followed by a meal? Material things are nice but memories tend to last longer when you 'do' things instead. And I'd imagine quality time together is in short supply! Could you cope with the dcs for a day?
I had nice things bought for my 40th but the one gift I remember was a balloon flight which was a joint gift from my mum and siblings

May be they don't have time for a weekend away, but if I had 5 children I would love a meal and a night away in a hotel down the road (with a pool!)
