Timing of a toddler party

DS is now two!

On Saturday we are having around twenty (yes I know) children in the church hall for a party between 2pm and 4pm. The guests range in age from 0 to 5.

We are having around 15-20 mins of singing (signing teacher) and then food. I plan to signal the end of the party by doing the Hokey Cokey or similar at 3.55. There is general playing/drawing etc going on when those three main things aren't happening.

When should the food come out? How long do children spend eating?

TIA!

My DD turned 2 recently, and her party ran from 2 - 4pm as well with roughly the same number of children. We had an entertainer booked for 30 min at 2:30pm, food was at 3pm, then it was cake time and then home time shortly after that.

Have fun!
