Where to get helium for a balloon?

The thing is I don't want to buy or rent a whole canister as I'll only need it for ONE giant foil balloon. Anyone know where I could get one balloon filled cheaply?

We bought some themed balloons online for a rugby club event. Our local party shop filled them with helium even though we hadn't bought them from there.
