Having 80's Themed Party for my birthday...any ideas?

I've printed off some posters A4 size of madonna etc.. and a couple of movie ones, dirty dancing and Top gun.

I've asked people to dress 80's style and am going to make some 80's food, cocktail sausages etc... Not sure about drink though? Should I just stick to usual? I can't remember anything from the 80's that I drunk

I've looked on some sites that suggest doing quizzes but don't fancy that as it'll be a mixed bag with some dcs coming too.

I reckon there'll only be 25 to 35 people if they all turn up. I'm having it at home and have catered for this many before so should be ok?

Has anyone had an 80's do? I'll be 42 so it's not a special age I just like having parties
