Hello

My son has just broken his arm & its his birthday next week. We are going to have to cancel the laser quest party we had planned & think of something that he can do with his arm in a cast, its his right arm so he is limited on what he can do.

I have thought of cinema & pizza but wondered if anyone else had any suggestions?

Thanks

Gilly

Dont know where your based but other ideas could be things like the zoo/ London eye/ London dungeons etc... or if theres a circus or something near you?

The Living Rainforest in Hampstead Norreys is quite good for a day out that isn't too far.

Roald Dahl Museum in Great Missenden is quite good too...

would they be interested in going on a boat trip if the weather's nice? Either on the Thames or down the Kennet and Avon on a narrowboat with a picnic or pizza to follow?

I realised it is half term next week so these places might be a bit busy.

Mind you, I would quite like pizza and the cinema as a treat!

hope he has a wonderful day anyway!

Not sure what will be on at the cinema that he will like so now thinking about a few friends over for a DVD with popcorn and then pizza.

Probably about 6 boys age 7/8 any suggestions for a good film to keep them entertained old or new probably an action/adventure.....

We have let our son watch Transformers & Indiana Jones but will have to think about whether other parents would approve of 8yr olds watching 12 films.
