Wedding coming up, crisis about outfit

I have a wedding coming up in 2 weeks and I thought I had fouind the perfect dress but now I am worried I will look like a giant rubbish bag with heels on. what size have you bought it in, betty? i think it looks nice but personally wouldn't wear strappy just because i don't much like my upper arms. what do you plan to team it with? (and you WON'T look like a bin bag, you doofus. )

I have it in an 18 as I did say I was overweight. I have control underwear etc but I am still concerned.

Thanks for the advice. I spoke to my SIL last night who assured me that I will not look like a bin bag in heels. Just really having image issues at the moment. Thanks guys.
