Chains/Brands that offer Children's Party Hosting

I'm trying to come up with a definitive list of all those nationwide chains that offer Children's Party Hosting - I cant seem to come up with one and I've been researching for hours an am now getting a bit fed up to say the least. Please can we get our heads together and post all the places we know of that do parties. I think it will really help loads of us.
