It's in a hall, games and tea no entertainer. Twenty odd children (help!!). What length of time would you recommend for the whole party and within that, how long for games before, tea and games after? Not thinking of too many all join in type games, more activities and pass the parcel really.

i would say about 30/40 minutes of playing games,30 mins to eat food and another 30 minutes of playing. (about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours max)

I just had my DD's 5th birthday party at home and it was 2 hours. Thought it would be a nightmare but it went so quickly.

I'd say 2 hours max is long enough.
