Has anyone got any ideas of 1 or 2 gifts I can put in 6/7 year old party bags - suitable for girls and boys? its a disco party and I want to put something unusual in apart from the usual plastic stuff you get!

pound shop and buy those glow in the dark bracelets, party poppers and balloons. could look out for keyrings that are shaped like glitter balls.

Copies of Beano comic, stick-on tattoos, pens, pencils...

oooh our pound shop has those glow in the dark stick things that you bend into a loop, 15 for £1 in a tube container.

mini pots of playdoh, packet of seeds?

We had a gingerbread man and a tube of writing icing once (wrapped in cellophane)- the kids thought it was a fab idea.

Zeebeez are great, but I have never seen them cheap enough for a party bag, I think around £3 is the going rate.
My DS does love his though!
