savoury: pizza, crisps
sweet: rocky-road, fairy cakes
plus birthday cake.

plus some melon and grapes (for show )

on the one hand it doesn't seem like much variety...on the other hand I get really fed up of waste. by they time they're 7 and 9, as mine are you run out of steam no?

I guess you're right that they don't all like pizza but hot dogs make me want to vom...will think of another alternative...just a few sandwiches I guess

sausages/sausage rolls are fine in the hat household. only problem is that I live 10 miles away from tesco/waitrose - so have to choose between stupidly expensive farmers' knit-your-own-pig shop/deli or lowest-common denominator spar. let me think...
