ideas for a 1st birthday present for a friends little girl?

the mum was a quite good friend of mine and while we have grown apart lately i would like to get something really nice for her dd's first birthday.
budget about £20 ish, and want something different. her mum buys anything she could ever need so dont really want to get toys or clothes, lookibng for something maybe personalised?

My LO is 1 next month and just bought gorgeous "1" t.shirt from bob&blossom - £14.99 +p&p.

Technically clothes but very cool for her special day and can be kept as a keepsake.

I bought DD a gorgeous Gund doll that says Happy First Birthday and plays the tune when you squeeze her. Lovely keepsake.
