Im going to be 22 next month, my usual birthday ritual is to do sod all in the day and then have dinner with just dp and myslef in the evening then come home and fall asleep early.
Now im not saying thats not ok but i really fancy something a bit different this year. There are no good shows or anything i want to see near me and i think its to late to save up and have a party.
Any ideas anyone?

What about a spa day? See if there are any nice spas nearby with swimming pool and other nice facilities that would let you have a nice relaxing day with a facial and massage as part of the deal.
Where in the country are you and whats the budget?

rent a really nice sports car for the day

I have about £200 to spend all inclusive (that would be my pressie as well as the treat) I am in West Sussex, i would idealy like something just dp and I. I would be doing whatever it was the weekend before or after my birthday and would do the thing on the Saturday then have a day with the kids on Sunday. (if that makes sense!)

look at this
You can search based on the date and how much you want to spend.

Coupled with some nice products to take home you got yourself a nice day!

Sorry about all the "nice" - I am tired and inarticulate tonight!

Nice idea going for a spa, what about having day trip up to Bath and then going to the Thermae Spa ?
