Charlie and Lola tea party

DD1 is going to be 3 in March and has been pestering me for a charlie and lola party - she doesn't have masses of friends so I thought a little tea party at our house with 10 friends and family would be my limit. So we will have a charlie and lola cake and lots of pink milk - was thinking about pass the parcel..
What other ideas could I include - I want to make it a bit special cos it will be joint celebration of dd2s 1st birthday and she didn't have a party last year cos dd2 was only a week old!

I want to do DS a C & L party. I will use C & L partyware and they'll have ocean nibbles, orange twiglets, green drops,cloud fluff and moonsquirters washed down with pink milk. I am thinking icecream and biscuits for afters.

You could print off the paper dolls from the Cbeebies site and they could make them or you could save the yoghurt pots etc and make Charlies rocket.

You could ice biscuits and colour in Charlie and Lola pictures

You can get C&L stickers too (maybe plant a seed/bulb and stick stickers on the pot?).

There are templates for dolls and rockets and a mobile on the cbeebies website.

Bookpeople often do boxed sets of the books very cheap which could be great in party bags.

Have you seen the C & L birthday or tea party book which comes with everything you need for a party (apparently) - I think I saw it for sale on the red house or book people web site!

Have decided to do one for DSs birthday in March now. I am going to get that Elefun game and they can catch the butterflies with the net. Print off some colouring sheets from the web and maybe make the rocket and Bobs your Uncle!

Brilliant thanks for the ideas - I've brought elefun for her as a pressie (£2 in woolies closing down sale - bargin!) so it would be a good game...
I can get her to make the mobile on cbeebies as decorations...
and of course we will have moon squirters!!
