cheap and cheerful party bag ideas for 2-3 year olds please

dd and ds1 are making the bags so i just need filler ideas.

but apart from bubbles and a slice of cake i have noooo idea!

Maybe a packet of seeds and a pot. Or maybe make a gingerbread man and include one of the tubes of icing and a few swets for them to decorate at home? Bouncy balls always go down well.

If it doesn't have to fir in a bag, The Book People do great sets which work out at £1 per book. If it's a party before Christmas you could put in a fun decoration.
Agree that bouncy balls are a huge hit (even if they drive me bonkers )
