why don't you go out for something ot eat instead?

Thomcat · 29/08/2008 16:38

A staying in night or a going out night?

BlingLovin · 29/08/2008 16:38

Cook and eat something delicious together?
Is it tonight? If not, plan a wine tasting evening or food tasting or something similar?

Thomcat · 29/08/2008 16:39

Can't you just drink loads of wine and chat?

stretchmarkqueen · 29/08/2008 16:39

Get your local mobile nail technician round, and treat yourselves to a manicure. Along with e few bottles of wine of course!!

cornsilk · 29/08/2008 16:40

wine and nibbles at home or tapas.

schneebly · 29/08/2008 16:40

foood, wine and chat is all you need!

I am the only one out of the 3 who can drink, sil is on tablets for recurring migraine and cannot drink and mil it t total. It is a stay in night. Do you think looking through old family photos would be boring or a right laugh?? I mean dh and his family when they were kids etc.

I love looking through old pics.

How about making non-alcoholic cocktails?

Monopoly / Scrabble / cards?

Tapas?

singyswife · 29/08/2008 16:45

Tapas?????? Havent heard of this. Cant play scrabble, MIL cant spell. Would be a laugh though. We once played snakes and ladders and it lasted 2 hours as we kept hitting all the damn snakes. In the end we gave up cause we were laughing too much to play. Yeah think a bit of imagination is needed on my part, have a splitting sore head though and am still recovering from babysitting my friends 4 kids yesterday so my brain isnt working.

If you could do an afternoon thing you could have a lovely high tea at very posh hotel.

singyswife · 29/08/2008 16:51
