Giraffe gets really crowded and not so good for pram space/baby bags etc. Do you want chain or non-chain?

I would recommend Mini Mundus in Wandsworth: www.mini-mundus.co.uk

It's run by a French couple, with kids of their own who run about freely, it has a very family friendly atmosphere and the food is fantastic. Not cheap but excellent for a family special occasion.

We went here a few weeks ago. Good food, and an adventure playground thingie in the back garden. Nice to have the space for the kids to run around in, imho.

The Victoria in Sheen is very child friendly and great food. The service can be a bit hit and miss though

here

You can go for a lovely walk through Sheen Common into Richmond Park before/afterwards too!
