Anyone know someone who does a bit of face painting/balloon modelling etc - ie not full-on entertainer (London)?

For DD1's 3rd birthday we had a friend who's an entertainer do a bit of face painting and balloon modelling rather than her full act, which was great. It's now DD2's 3rd, and said friend isn't available - does anyone know someone who might do something along these lines, for an hour or two?
