can i make salad without dressing for party tomorrow, now?

need to get as much prep done as possible. how soon can i do the salads?

I think you could chop cucumber, tomato and spring onions and such items, put each in a separate bowl, cover tightly with cling film, refrigerate and throw it all together tomorrow. Just don't chop lettuce or open bags of salad leaves til the last minute. I used to work in a fast food outlet. Salad items keep fine once separate and well chilled. (Remember to turn your fridge up if it's very full - unless it has an actual thermostat in it.)
