nursery fancy dress party

my little boys preschool is having a picnic tomorrow morning which is fancydress. any ideas of a quick and easy nursery rhyme character would be greatly appreciated, i need some ideas as im useless at handywork and have no sewing machine HELP!!

do you have green tights, green tshirt and fashion a hat out of paper ala peter pan

soldiers outfit for the grand old duke of walk

bucket (jack and jill went up the hill!)

star stickers all over tshirt (twinkle twinkle)

mouse ears and face painted face - hickory dickory dock

toy sheep - mary little lamb (bit of cross gender)

either

A) a toy spider/card spider

B) make eight legs out of card or stuffed tights and attach to tshirt

insey wincy spider

or miss muffet come to that

Pirate - From Peter Pan. Also nightshirt for Wee Willie Winkie. Mismatched, scraggy clothes to be one of The Lost Boys. Shorts and shirt, toy cat and a stick with a hanky bundle on the end could be Dick Whitington.
