Winter party ideas for 6 year old

Any ideas for a 6th birthday party for my DD - birthday is in December

Last year we had an entertainer and around 30 kids, but want something a bit smaller this year

What's the best parties your kids have been to?!

We are Surrey based, near the West Sussex border

We've been to a few at Jumpin Fun, which have been fab. They've got locations all over the place, the one in Burgess Hill might not be too far from you? Welcome to Jumpin Fun!
They do hour long parties, which have been good, or you could just bring your DD and a few friends for one of the sessions (think they do hour or two hour long ones).

We did kids cinema and McDonald's for DDs 6th birthday in early December
Saw Elf and they had a happy meal each, took the toy home and a bag of sweets we gave.

Cost around £6 per child.

I’d only do cinema with 5-6YOs if it’s a small group you know well enough to know they’ll enjoy the film. We did a cinema party when DD turned 7 and it was tough going. At least half either didn’t have the attention span or found the (totally non threatening U rated) film too scary. What has worked well is climbing wall, art studio, pottery painting, local petting zoo and soft play.

We had 5 kids total, and a parent came with each of them. (I paid their £2 and a coffee)
