Hi my daughter will be 9 and wants a birthday at home and I was thinking traditional party games, food and maybe something like T-shirt making and badge making. I’m not a crafty person though! I’m looking online and trying to find templates for the badges and T-shirts and even the badge maker I’m not sure what’s the best to buy for 8 kids. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions I could do or what to get?

Have a look at the kits on the baker ross website.

I’m not creative but when DD was that age, we did similar - one great success was a mug painting kit for each child. They had a white mug and a set of paints each (from The Range I think).

I did making bracelets one year which they loved with all the usual dancing and party games too. Another year we did a pamper party and they had their hair straightened or curled and we did nail varnish on them all which was great too.
