Weve hired a bouncy castle for her party but now im wondering if I should set up some activities or even something else for them to play with other than the castle.
What do you think, will the castle keep them entertained long enough?

Shes going for a my little pony theme.

DS aged 5 went to a classmates party a couple of weeks ago, boys and girls - they had a ball, no other activities, just bouncing and tea.

We have half hour of boucy castle when they arrive, half hour or so of party games, tea/lunch, and then usually 15mins or so left at end for bouncy castle.

we always have party at home and about 10/15children for 2 hours. I think more than half hour on boucy castle may be a bit manic, but I do have boys.

I have to admit I love childrens parties and tend to be quite taditinal, pass parcel, musical bumps etc and birthday tea at table.
