We are having a party for DD's 3rd birthday, there will be about 20 kids there ranging in age from 1 year to 5 years. We were going to get a bouncy castle but they are all booked out so not sure what to do with them now!!

I dont really know how to entertain such an age range. Can anyone recommend anything?

We have half an acre of garden, a swing, wendy house and climbing frame, is it unrealistic to expect the kids to entertain themselves in the garden?

Any advice gratefully recieved - starting to stress out!

To be honest, I wouldn't let that many kids loose in the garden unless all of their parents were staying.

They are still very small and could get badly hurt if hit by a swing or falling off climbing frame. You couldn't both watch the children and serve food at the same time.

I really really wouldn't.

What about one of those party organisers who set up little mini assault courses in the garden and entertain the children for you?
