Party for DS (7) how can I word to encourage drop off

I need to message parents (who have already rspved) about a party in a few days to encourage a drop off, all kids year 2, help me word it please.

"Hi, really looking forward to seeing you this .... for little Billy's party, Billy is so excited! Please arrive for ....am/pm and collect at ...am/pm - drop-offs preferred."

I always just state if I want drop-off, people appreciate you being direct!

Please drop off at XXXXX pm and pick up at XXXX pm.

This one unless you need them to stay to look after their child.

I like this, apart from the 'dop offs preferred'
