50th birthday get away but where to???

My hubby wants to take me to a nice spa hotel in Europe for a special birthday treat. This will be our first ever break since having our twins 13 years ago. It's from Thursday returning Sunday, can you recommend anywhere that will give us enough to do with a bit of luxury that won't break the bank at the end of January such as Prague Italy Ireland etc

Bucharest has an amazing spa! Therme is the name of it.
