DDs godmother birthday inspiration

DDs godmothers birthday is coming up and I'm stuck for ideas! She is so good at buying for DD so I want to come up with something really inspired. Last year I got her an Orla Keily wash bag which she loved but this year I'm not feeling quite so inspired! She is having a hard time about to embark on IVF so I want to spoil her but can't think of anything! Budget around £50. I've just been looking at Gluttonous Gardner for some ideas but wondered if anyone had anything better ....

Is she into pamper treats. Maybe a voucher for a facial/massage treatment to relax her before embarking on the IVF

some sort of jewellery that incorporates a heart? Love heart necklace or something?

Thanks for those ideas. She is probably the most groomed person I know so is well and truly pampered on a weekly basis and also has v expensive tastes in jewellery. Sorry to sound so negative - now you know why she is hard to buy for!!! X
