Sweet cone/themed party bags advice please!

Hello!
It's coming up to sons birthday party, sonic the hedgehog themed.

I was thinking of giving out sweet cones but am struggling to find blue coloured sweets, can anyone advise please?!
Also, i made cones for Halloween and they worked out quite expensive, approx £4 per cone. Where can I buy sweets please? I used haribo, millions and choc pumpkin balls from Asda and Home Bargains but does anyone making their own have any tips please?

Do millions not come in blue?
Can you get blue sweetie cone wrappers instead?

Raspberry bonbons are blue I think. I’d go to Poundland and buy sweets there.

Add marshmallows to bulk them out

Iceland/food warehouse do sweets too. Maybe try there as well

I've already purchased the cones, ribbons and stickers to go on them but I should have looked for blue bags, oops!
The blue millions I can only find small packets of.
I hadn't thought of marshmallows, I'll get white ones to bulk out!
