Pressie ideas for the newborn that has everything!!

Just wondered if anyone had any fab ideas that I could nick. My SIL has just had her third child, a boy. Previously has one of each so has all clothes, toys - everything really!!

I'd like to buy her something nice, that she'll use but it's soooo difficult. I don't want anything cheesy like footprints in a frame. I got a nice cashmere blanket for my second which I'm loving, but can't find one now anywhere for less than £50???

Any ideas or something you had a loved would be great!!

Something for her instead? Taking the other two off her hands for a couple of hours so she gets some time with the new baby? A gift voucher from Return to Glory to help her feel human again?
