Need a little help with 3rd birthday party logistics

Hi. DD's 3rd birthday coming up. I've ordered an inflatable toddler fun zone in a hall for a group of her playgroup/nursery pals, all good on the general planning front. I've got two areas I'm slightly stuck on though, if anyone can help...

1, two of the guests coming are dairy free. I'm going to have a separate DF table of food (parents aware it won't all be DF and happy with this) but need some suggestions re what I can serve on the snack side of things? Same qu for party bag snacks - most will have smarties/haribo - what can I sub these for?

2, my older child is coming along with some cousins and siblings to the toddlers, the age range is around 6-10yo. I want something to keep them occupied alongside the toddlers (ideally to steer them away from taking over the inflatable), but I'm struggling! All suggestions welcome!

Thanks 🤞🙏

To add - about 15 toddlers and 8 older ones. If that makes a difference 😊

Any suggestions, particularly regarding #2, please?!

Craft table for older ones? Temporary tattoos? Some dancing games? Blow up a whole load of balloons and shove them on the floor will keep all ages entertained longer than you'd think. Do the people you are hiring the inflatable from have stuff like giant garden games?

Holland and Barrett do dairy free jelly sweets like these

Thank you @TwigTheWonderKid I have temp tattoos, one of my nieces is in charge of them so that's one down 😂 and yes, lots of balloons and bubbles.

I found some nomo chocolate lollies in Sainsbury's so that's the party bag sorted too 😄

Why don't you do prepacked food bags? Would that be easier for keeping the DF separate? You could get the older children to decorate them with the appropriate children's names?

What about table top games like Bukaroo, Kerplunk, Twister (ok not a Table top game!) for the older kids? Or challenges - 20 star jumps, 6 lengths of the hall... is there enough room? Or biscuit decorating?

Thanks for the suggestions @IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads food bags could be a good idea!

With toddlers and allergy food I wouldn’t lay it out on a table. I’d probably make up boxes that they can dip in out of. Toddlers won’t care if something is DF if that’s what works in their minds.
