I don't want to go overboard, but want to offer some nice food for the Mums and the Toddlers - but want to keep it (relatively) healthy. Will probably get some mini eggs or something to put in bowls, but otherwise what can I provide that is kind of fun food with an Easter theme?

You could make normal sandwiches but cut them up using Easter theme shaped cutters - lambs, eggs, bunnies, flowers etc.

Ah! school run.........

Primrose fairy cakes - you ice them yellow and make the flower centre & petals using pale orange icing and preferably put them in green cases (if you can find any!). I have them in a book but can't find them online.

And a nice selection of chopped fruit & veg to balance out the chocolate!

Thanks! May try out the fairy cakes!
