How to make it a nice birthday week when 4 year old has Covid.

Basically it's a bit crap but March child has had 2 lockdown birthdays and now Covid herself for her 4th.

Any ideas for making it a fun week?

I've said tomorrow is the first day of her birthday week so I must insist she has ice cream for breakfast.

Then we will make birthday play dough? No idea what this means but I've said it and I think I mean it will have sprinkles.

Any other ideas?

Go have a picnic somewhere- you’re allowed out but I wouldn’t necessary go to a restaurant or soft play.

I assume you’re off work and not trying to wfh at the same time?

Picnic and games in the garden (tomorrow if possible as it’s getting much colder this week)

Films with home made popcorn.

Crafts - look on you tube for easy ideas. Pebble painting is good, making those fingers things that you fold up and put numbers etc inside, paper aeroplanes with flying contests, Lego challenges.

Baking - lots! It can include pizzas etc for tea!

Great ideas and now I have a Pinterest board so feel inspired.
