Hi there. DD is having a sleepover for her 9th birthday on Saturday with 7 of her bff's. As they are staying overnight and will eat their cake here what do I give them to take home? They seem a bit old for party bags.

I honestly don’t think you need to for a sleepover!

Some sweets or chocolate?
My child has an end of a March birthday and I often bought a £1 Easter egg as a party bag gift.

I would not do anything for a sleepover. If you really must, just do sweets.

Thanks everyone. She wants to give them a fidget toy but it's getting expensive! So will give them some bags of sweets. We will be getting them pizzas and they'll be watching films and having snacks etc. plus breakfast. Anything else I should think of? I think they'll just be happy chatting and laughing together.

My dd had a sleepover at that age and one of the girls brought make up bits. You might want to make sure that you have some nail polish remover just in case.

I dont think you need to give anything extra!

IF you really want to, what about a clear lipgloss, chapstick, bath bomb? My niece that ages LOVES these things, and I'm sure the parents would appreciate something other than more sweets!

Thank you both. My DD has decided they are going to make wands. Harry Potter themed Smile. Will give them sweets too.
