6th Birthday gifts & what to do?

It’s our sons 6th birthday in 2weeks and I have no idea what to get him & what to do for his birthday. Any ideas please?

@WhatsTheTimeMrCat if there is a chance to go to local amusement park then it would be the best option. If not, then some outside activity like a picnic or short field trip around nice places in your city. We did it for my niece when she was 7 and she loved it. We played travellers then and 'explored' the city (took her to places she had never been), took a lot of photos and did a travel slideshow with them afterwards . She enjoyed the whole process, so maybe it will work out for you too!
