Ideas?How to make a 60th special in lockdown??

So it's my mams 60th birthday in a couple of weeks and it will be celebrated in lockdown. I am in her bubble but I want to make this as special as I can for her. Any ideas of gifts or anything would be massively appreciated.

Beautiful flowers
Cook her a special meal and a dessert
Buy a nice photo album and put some family photos in, I know my mum loved this. We sat ages talking and reminiscing and having a laugh.
Arrange a zoom call with some of her friends or family as a surprise?
