My daughter will be one on 5 November. At the risk of being an old meanie I really don't want to have a party at my house as a) it's only a one-bed flat; b) the weather will no doubt be awful so we will be stuck inside; c) I don't want the stress of worrying about friends children injuring themselves, choking on the dustballs under the sofa etc etc; and ) she's only one, she really won't care anyway. However I feel I should do something and a friend suggested a party out, in a local restaurant or similar. Does anyone know of any places that do food suitable for a one-year-old and her pals, plus has a play area, in or around Angel? I'd be really grateful for any suggestions.
