Halloween party for 2 year olds.......any ideas?

I know I know, they won;t care, but DDs birthday is halloween so though it would be fun.
What can I do?
Going to get dangly spiders and cobwebs, spooky fabric draped everywhere, but after that no ideas.
Also, any spooky food ideas?

You can buy quite a lot of halloweeny themed food - esp. in M&S. I know last year they had breaded chicken in the shaped of witches and lots of sweet things.

get digestive biscuits and writing icing and do black spiders webs on them, Greggs (if you have one near you) do loads of halloween fairy cakes, failing that tesco do some stuff
