I have done the cake, balloons, drinks and whole class round the house, I have done the Mcdonalds party and the soft play area. i now find myself not wanting anymore children in the house than I have to have. With a 5 month old baby and three other children, i don't have the time or the inclination to want to plan any parties at home. All I can see is a whole lot of tidying up and not much sleep. Help, any one gont any ideas. We are in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. He is football mad and also likes trampolining.

Any ideas guys.........

Does your local sports centre run football parties? Or do you have one of those astro turf places (PowerLeague) where you can host a football party?

My DS had a bowling party this year for his 7th birthday. The children had a wonderful time. We got a package so everything was included except the cake.

One of his friends had a laser quest party where they run around with lasers zapping each other. Apparently, it was 'the best party ever'.

Don't know if you have either of these your way but an 8 y.o. is just the right age for both.

Hope your DS has a good birthday.
