We've done a few big parties for my son in recent years so this year we've decided to go with something a bit more low key and intimate. He's got a nice little group of friends at school now so we've invited them over for a movie followed by party food and cake.
I am looking for suggestions for good movies that would suit children of this age. I don't want anyone getting scared or parents feeling the movie is age inappropriate but I also want it to be something that will make my son seem reasonably cool to his friends. I also don't want anything too common that they will have all seen hundreds of times before. Any suggestions?
