New Year’s Eve party

We’re having a NYE party , invited about 30 people , they won’t all be able to attend ( she says , we invited 60 to our house warming , and only 2 didn’t come due to a family bereavement)
Thanks to Shirleys Party Advice , I made pulled pork , coleslaw and bought some bread rolls , did some pasta for the veggies , and it went like a dream
I don’t want to do the same this time , I’m thinking of a big baked ham , or something with chicken ?
Mac n Cheese , green salad , Nice bread , dessert will be trifle and some chocolate brownies then a massive cheese board
One person does not eat anything spicy . Ever . At all
We’re age range mostly 50s , with a few 60 and 40 thrown in
Any ideas ( obviously loads of wine and some fizz at midnight )

Last party I did, I made something like this and people really liked it. I'd make one of these (Charcuterie board) a big one...plus the baked ham, lovely rolls and green salad plus the brownies.

Yes it is a bit isn't it? Are you set on ham? Could you do Charcuterie and beef? People love beef sandwiches with horseradish etc.

Or sack the Charcuterie...it's expensive anyway...and just stick to ham, nice bread and cheese, pickles, salad and pasta.

Lamb meatballs, couscous salad, green salad, halloumi fries, warm flatbreads, butterbean salad and tzatziki.

Beef .. could do that , cold beef , a chicken with mayo , lots of crusty bread , pickles and relishes ...
Hot Mac n cheese
Then nice salads , cous cous is a good idea , though I think making meatballs for 30 would drive me to drink !
Think I’m getting somewhere ,
Thanks 👍

I don't eat anything spicy, either. I also don't like mayonnaise, pickles or processed meat! A buffet or similar is a nightmare for me...
I love puds though!

I’ll feed you up on chocolate brownies then @Redwoodmaz
I thought a hot pasta dish would suit most people
I hate pasta or rice when it’s cold 🤢
