4th Birthday Party, yes or no?

So I haven’t had any parties for his birthday with nursery friends, it’s always just been a family do.
This year he keeps saying he wants his friends to come for his birthday. We live in a small flat in north London so abit difficult at home. Suggestions on what I could do? Also his birthday is mid August so they would have all broken up for summer break.
I’m so confused on what to do, weather I should just do again a family do & take him to a farm or peppy pig world or do a friends thing aswell.

We were unsure too but in the end we had a party at home (grandparents and aunt and uncle) then he had four friends over. I know in a flat it will be cramped but they could play in his room and adults have a chat and call them all in for cake. He will love it. I think I would ask him which 3 or 4 friends

If he's four, I'd say he can have three friends, plus him, that's four! Either at your flat or local park? Just let them play, maybe do musical statues. Then cake. Easy, everyone is happy.
