Fancy Dress - the theme is the Number 5!

My adult nephew and his girlfriend have a fancy dress party to go as and the theme is the number 5?!

I'm stumped. So is he.

Any ideas anyone?

Great suggestions everyone!

He's going with dressing all in gold with 5 carrots round his neck for '5 carat gold'

And his girlfriend is going with the Chanel No.5 perfume bottle.

I've never heard of such a theme, so thanks for your help!
