my dd is three in august and i'm planning a party for end of term july so her new pre-school friends can go but we also have little ones in the family who'll be coming aged one ish.
So do i do a short music and dance session followed by bouncy castle and ball pool then lunch? in a hired hall?
Or any other suggestions? please..............

outdoors!

Outdoors is good, if you have space, but it probably means having it at home, and don't underestimate the joy of coming home after holding a party elsewhere to a tidy house. Your plan sounds nice too.

can't do home or own garden as we've just moved house! friend suggested finding a pub with safe garden for kids and having it there but didn't think they'd close the garden just for us!

hi,
i have got a little boy who will be 3 in the summer, his father and i split a little while ago. my little boy i think has had a confusing time just recently, so was thinking of doing something quite 'big' and 'bright' i can appreciate that we are going to have lots of birthdays ahead of us, but i wanted to make a little extra affort this year considering what has happened over the past few years. ideas are welcome.
p.s. havin a party at my home isnt really an option for me atm. which is why i am kinda stuck.

My ds is 3 in aug. We're having a party at a farm. They get to spend an hour on the farm then into a party room for food and party games. Most of the other kids(cousins) will be older than him so i thought it being outdoors etc there's plenty for all ages. Fingers crossed for nice weather! We've also paid for tractor rides and a few extras. All I need to take is a cake. His birthday is a week day so party will be on a sat. We're also hiring a fire engine for the day of his birthday. He gets to take a few friends for a ride around for an hour.

My dh is in the forces an missed his 2nd birthday and will miss his 4th birthday so we've gone a bit OTT this year.
